🐾 Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

A reserved puppy is removed from availability, and we may decline other potential buyers once a deposit has been received.

💳 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under specific circumstances approved by Champion Bully Line.

Approved refund situations may include:

• The puppy becoming unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
• Health issues identified before delivery that prevent safe placement
• Situations determined solely at our discretion

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Family disagreements
• Allergies
• Landlord or housing restrictions
• Personal financial situations
• Failure to prepare for pet ownership
• Delays caused by travel or transportation providers outside our control

🩺 Health-Related Concerns

All puppies are checked before leaving our care and are provided with current vaccination and deworming records.

Buyers are encouraged to schedule a veterinary examination shortly after receiving their puppy.

Any health concerns must be reported promptly with documentation from a licensed veterinarian.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Fees

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once transportation arrangements have been scheduled or completed.

Additional transportation costs caused by incorrect buyer information may become the responsibility of the buyer.

🏡 Puppy Returns

If a buyer can no longer care for their puppy, Champion Bully Line may choose to assist with guidance or rehoming support depending on the situation.

Returned puppies will not automatically qualify for refunds.

📄 Cancellation Policy

Champion Bully Line reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time if we believe the puppy is not being placed in a suitable home environment.

In approved cancellation cases initiated by us, refund decisions will be handled individually.

🔒 Policy Changes

Champion Bully Line reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
