All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
A reserved puppy is removed from availability, and we may decline other potential buyers once a deposit has been received.
Refunds may only be considered under specific circumstances approved by Champion Bully Line.

All puppies are checked before leaving our care and are provided with current vaccination and deworming records.
Buyers are encouraged to schedule a veterinary examination shortly after receiving their puppy.
Any health concerns must be reported promptly with documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once transportation arrangements have been scheduled or completed.
Additional transportation costs caused by incorrect buyer information may become the responsibility of the buyer.
If a buyer can no longer care for their puppy, Champion Bully Line may choose to assist with guidance or rehoming support depending on the situation.
Returned puppies will not automatically qualify for refunds.
Champion Bully Line reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time if we believe the puppy is not being placed in a suitable home environment.
In approved cancellation cases initiated by us, refund decisions will be handled individually.
